Refund & Return Policy

At Libas Outfit, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product, size, or item has been delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the description or images on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order to report any issue.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items returned due to a change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Libas Outfit will cover the return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
